Can you take me home after day surgery at Norwest Private Hospital?
Yes. Many hospitals won't release you after sedation unless someone collects you. Our driver can meet you at the ward or discharge area and see you safely inside your home. Tell the hospital Care Drive is collecting you.
Can a carer or family member come with me?
Yes. Let us know when booking so we send a vehicle with enough seats.
Can you do regular trips to Norwest Private Hospital?
Yes. We set up recurring bookings for treatment such as dialysis, chemotherapy or rehab, so you don't need to rebook each time.
How do I pay?
You can pay privately, or we can invoice your NDIS plan manager, aged care provider, insurer or case manager. Every trip gets an itemised invoice.
