How much can I earn?
Earnings vary by hours worked, region and shift type. Drivers keep 78% of every fare after Care Drive's 22% platform fee. Weekly earning statements are itemised in the Partner app.
When do I get paid?
Weekly. Payouts run every Wednesday for the previous Monday-Sunday period and land in your nominated bank account within 1-2 business days.
What documents do I need?
Australian driver licence, right-to-work evidence, National Police Check, NSW Driving History, comprehensive vehicle insurance, roadworthy vehicle inspection and photo ID.
How long does activation take?
Most drivers complete activation within 5-10 business days once documents are uploaded. Our operations team reviews each submission and lets you know exactly what's outstanding.
Can I choose when I drive?
Yes. You control your availability from the Partner app. Set your online hours, accept only the trips that suit you, and take breaks whenever you need.
What support do I get?
Every partner has access to our operations team via in-app chat and a dedicated support phone line during shift hours.
